Job Title: Bookkeeper | Real Estate Investment and Construction – Evansville, IN
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Flexible)

About Us
We are a family-owned real estate investment and construction company. Our previous bookkeeper worked with us for 28 years, and we are looking for someone who values stability and wants to join a workplace where employees are treated more like family.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Desktop for multiple entities
- Track and code project and property expenses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loans
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Time and handle contractor/vendor payments
- Prepare and track 1099s
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for job costing and reporting
- Work with project managers, vendors, and leadership to gather and verify information
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience (multi-entity or project-based a plus)
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
- Payroll and time tracking experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with people who speak Spanish (bilingual is a plus)

Job Title: Remodeler/Construction (Full-Time)
Schedule: 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)
Guaranteed 40 hours/week, optional overtime on Fridays
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled remodeler to join our construction team full-time. This role is hands-on and wide-ranging, so you should be comfortable handling everything from drywall and flooring to light plumbing and finish work. We’re not expecting perfection in every area—but being adaptable, teachable, and ready to work hard matters more than being an expert in one trade.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential and light commercial remodeling tasks (demo, framing, drywall, paint, trim, etc.)
Assist with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry as needed
Show up on time, work independently, and stay productive
Requirements:
General knowledge of construction tools and remodeling techniques
Must have a valid driver’s licenseÂ
